Standard Return Policy

• Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
• Items must be in their original condition with all tags attached
• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
• Refunds will be issued within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item

High-Value Item Restrictions

For items over £500, we have special return restrictions:

• These items can only be returned for store credit
• A 20% restocking fee applies to all high-value returns
• Customer must contact us within 7 days of delivery to initiate the return process for high-value items

High-value items include but are not limited to: luxury watches, designer handbags, and high-end jewelry.
